AG LAND RENTAL RATES IN ROSEAU COUNTY ARE AROUND FIFTY DOLLARS AN ACRE; THEY CAN BE MORE THAN TEN TIMES THAT AMOUNT IN PARTS OF SOUTHERN MINNESOTA.
