THE DAYCARE LICENSE OF A THIEF RIVER FALLS PROVIDER HAS BEEN SUSPENDED AFTER A CHILD WAS SERIOULSY INJURED. ALICIA SHNEIDER WAS ORDERED TO STOP PROVIDING CARE WHILE AN INVESTIGATION UNFOLDS.
