A CROOKSTON MAN HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH CONSPIRING TO SELL COCAINE IN THIEF RIVER FALLS, AND FACES UP TO 25 YEARS IN PRISON. 20-YEAR OLD GREGORY HUDSON WAS PICKED UP MAY 10TH FOR SELLING 4.6 GRAMS OF COCAINE IN THE FALLS LIQUOR PARKING LOT. ELKS PARK IS NEARBY, WHICH MEANS THE CRIME HAPPENED IN A PARK ZONE, WHICH INCREASES THE POTENTIAL PENALTY.
