HIGH SCHOOL SOFTBALL -

WARROAD WON A WILD SLUGFEST AT ROSEAU, 13-10 IN EIGHT INNINGS. THE WARRIORS FORCED THE EXTRA INNING WITH A QUINN KUNTZ TWO-OUT GRAND SLAM HOME RUN IN THE 7TH INNING.
TIFFANI FOSTER HAD A THREE RUN HOMER AND TWO RUN DOUBLE FOR THE WARRIORS.
KACIE BJERK HOMERED FOR ROSEAU.

BADGER-GREENBUSH-MIDDLE RIVER BEAT THE NORTHERN FREEZE 5-3; MARIAH CHRISTIAN STRUCK OUT 6 FOR THE GATORS.



HIGH SCHOOL TRACK AT WARROAD -

ROSEAU’S GABE GRACZA WON BOTH HURDLES AND POLE VAULT; WARROAD’S ZACH HEPPNER WON THE 800 AND 1600 METER RUNS AND THE TRIPLE JUMP.
OTHER RAMS BOYS WINNERS INCLUDED BRETT ERICKSON, RYDEN JACOBSON, HUNTER ROSEBOROUGH AND JACOB LINDEMANN.

OTHER WARRIORS WINNERS WERE KALVIN KEOMANY AND KOBY PHONGSAVATH.

NATHAN POOLMAN AND BLAKE FERRIS OF LAKE OF THE WOODS WON THE 200 AND 400 METER DASHES.
ON THE GIRLS SIDE, ROSEAU WINNERS WERE NIKKI ALARAS, SOPHIE HELGESON, KATE HELGESON, MARIAH HUGLEN, RYLIE BJERKLIE, KACIE BOROWICZ AND McKAYLA CHRISTIANSON.

WARROAD WINNERS WERE ELIZABETH GROVE, EMILY JENSEN, KELBY GOULET AND REBECCA HEPPNER.

HUNTER PELLAND DROVE IN THE GAME WINNER AS WARROAD EDGED FOSSTON 3-2.

EAST GRAND FORKS SACRED HEART TOPPED KITTSON CENTRAL 7-1; OSCAR ORTIZ DROVE IN THREE FOR SACRED HEART.
