A STATEWIDE TORNADO DRILL IS SCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY, APRIL 12TH AT 1:45 IN THE AFTERNOON. ALONG WITH THAT TEST, ROSEAU COUNTY HOMELAND SECURITY AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR SUE GRAFSTROM SAYS THEY WILL CONDUCT A TEST OF THE CodeRED EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION SYSTEM ON THAT DAY.

THE DEPOT DATES BACK TO 1904 IN KARLSTAD, WAS MOVED IN 1974, AND AGAIN IN 1980 TO PELAN PIONEER PARK.
