ROSEAU HIGH SCHOOL IS ORGANIZING A FAN BUS FOR TOMORROW’S SECTION 8AA GIRLS BASKETBALL SEMIFINAL IN MOORHEAD. THE BUS WILL LEAVE AT ROUGHLY 2:00. YOU CAN CONTACT THE HIGH SCHOOL OFFICE FOR MORE.



OVER THE WEEKEND, IN CLASS A GIRLS BASKETBALL, TOP SEED STEPHEN-ARGYLE AND SECOND SEED BGMR BOTH ADVANCED TO THEIR SUB-SECTION FINAL.

BGMR NIPPED SACRED HEART 50-49, WHILE THE STORM HANDLED RED LAKE FALLS 63-48.

THE GATORS AND STORM MEET TOMORROW IN THIEF RIVER FALLS.

THE EAST SIDE HAS WIN-E-MAC FACING RED LAKE.




IN SECTION 8AA, ROSEAU BLEW OUT PARK RAPIDS, AND WILL NOW FACE BARNESVILLE WHO STIFFLED HAWLEY 48-23.

D-G-F AND EAST GRAND FORKS MAKE UP THE OTHER SEMIFINAL.



AT THE STATE WRESTLING TOURNAMENT, BGMR HAD 7 WRESTLER COMPETE WHILE ROSEAU SENT A PAIR.

ROSEAU’S CHANDLER MOONEY PLACED THIRD IN HIS WEIGHT CLASS WHILE THE GATOR’S OWEN NOVACEK PLACED 4TH. RILEY EIDSMOE, BRYCE BERGERON, AND DOMINIC VACURA ALL PICKED UP TWO VICTORIES.



BOYS BASKETBALL IN SECTION 8AA WE LEARNED OF PLAYOFF SEEDINGS THIS WEEKEND. ROSEAU GETS THE TWO-SEED IN THE NORTH AND WILL FACE WARROAD ON THURSDAY IN ROSEAU. WINNERS ADVANCE TO GAMES AT CONCORDIA ON SATURDAY.
