A FIFTY-SIX YEAR OLD WARROAD MAN DRIVING A TOYOTA RAV-4 WAS INVOLVED IN A TWO VEHICLE ACCIDENT YESTERDAY (JUST AFTER NOON) ON HIGHWAY 75, NORTH OF STEPHEN IN MARSHALL COUNTY.

HIS NAME WILL BE RELEASED LATER TODAY. THIRTY-TWO YEAR OLD JOSE ANTONIO GOMEZ OF MISSION, TEXAS SUFFERED A NON-LIFE THREATENING INJURY.

GOMEZ’ KENWORTH TRACTOR-TRAILER WAS TURNING OFF THE HIGHWAY, WHEN REAR-ENDED BY THE TOYOTA; THAT CAUSED THE TWO VEHICLES TO BECOME STUCK TOGETHER.
