THE ROSEAU ROYALS WERE ELIMINATED LAST NIGHT AT THE REGION 10C TOURNAMENT (IN BEMIDJI), IN A 7-4 LOSS TO THE CROOKSTON REDS. THE ROYALS HAD 18 HITS, INCLUDING THREE FROM NATHAN VOLL AND CHANCE KEEFE IN THE LOSS.

EARLIER, CROOKSTON ELIMINATED THE WARROAD MUSKIES IN A 5-2 DECISION.

ROSEAU HAD BEATEN ADA 9-5 EARLIER YESTERDAY; JARAD NELSON HAD FOUR HITS AND DROVE IN THREE RUNS, AND EARNED A COMPLETE GAME VICTORY.

ON SATURDAY, THE ROYALS OPENED THE TOURNAMENT WITH A 10-1 WIN OVER CROOKSTON; ANDY ZIEGLER SCORED TWICE AND DROVE IN TWO RUNS, AND KEN HAYDEN SCORED THREE RUNS.

THE ROYALS THEN FELL 6-2 TO MOORHEAD, AS FLETCHER ANDEL STRUCK OUT 13 ROSEAU BATTERS.
