THE ROSEAU GIRLS TOOK FIRST PLACE AT THE ADA-BORUP/NORMAN COUNTY WEST 20 TEAM TRACK MEET YESTERDAY.

SOPHIE HELGESON TOOK FIRST PLACE HONORS IN THE 400 & 200 METER DASHES, MADDIE JEROME CLAIMED FIRST IN THE 300 METER HURDLES, ELLIE NELSON WAS THE FASTEST IN THE 3200 METER RUN AND KATIE BOROWICZ WAS SECOND IN THE POLE VAULT.

ON THE BOYS SIDE, THE RAMS WERE THIRD BEHIND ADA-BORUP/NORMAN COUNTY WEST AND DILWORTH-GLYNDON-FELTON.

JACOB LePARD WAS TOPS IN THE LONG JUMP AND JACOB LINDEMAN WAS THIRD IN THE DISCUS.




THE RAMS SOFTBALL TEAM SLAMMED THE NORTHERN FREEZE 19-1 IN 5 INNINGS YESTERDAY.

MADI LEE STRUCK OUT 7 ON HER WAY TO THE VICTORY. HANNAH NELSON WENT 3-4 WITH A HOME RUN AND A DOUBLE, DRIVING IN 5 RUNS. JENNICA JOHNSON AND KATE WENSLOFF COMBINED FOR FOUR HITS AND 5 RBI.




HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL –
WARROAD CLOBBERED EAST GRAND FORKS 16-9. BRENNEN FOSTER WAS 4-5 WITH A HOME RUN AND A DOUBLE, DRIVING IN SIX RUNS WHILE JARON MOYER ALSO PICKED UP FOUR HITS, INCLUDING A DOUBLE AND TRIPLE BAGGER, DRIVING IN FOUR.

NORMAN COUNTY EAST/ULEN-HITTERDAHL BLANKED BADGER-GREENBUSH-MIDDLE RIVER 4-0.

NORMAN COUNTY WEST DISPOSED OF KITTSON COUNTY CENTRAL 17-7.




HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL –
ROSEAU IS AT THE DES SAGEDAHL WOOD BAT TOURNAMENT AT BEMIDJI STATE. THEY FACE BEMIDJI AT 2:30 TODAY FOLLOWED BY DULUTH EAST AT 5 PM. TOMORROW THEY’LL PLAY BEMIDJI FOR A SECOND GAME AT 10 AM.
