ROSEAU’S UNBEATEN GIRLS BASKETBALL TEAM PLAYS NEW RICHLAND THIS AFTERNOON (2 PM, ON WILD 102) IN THE STATE CLASS “AA” QUARTERFINALS.
ROSEAU IS THE NUMBER ONE SEED FOR THE TOURNAMENT.



WARROAD’S BOYS BASKETBALL TEAM LOST TO TOP SEED PERHAM , 60-34, IN THE SECTION 8AA SEMIFINALS. LOGAN RICHTER SCORED 14 POINTS FOR THE YELLOWJACKETS; ISAAC FALK-STOSKOPF HAD 16 FOR THE WARRIORS.

2ND SEED BRECKENRIDGE TOOK DOWN CROOKSTON, 54-32.



IN SECTION 8A SEMIFINALS, TOP SEED RED LAKE GOT 19 POINTS FROM ROB McCLAIN IN AN 80-63 WIN OVER CASS LAKE-BENA.

ISAAC MILLS HAD 17 IN STEPHEN-ARGYLE’S 47-39 VICTORY OVER ADA-BORUP.



DEAN BLAIS HAS RESIGNED AS HOCKEY COACH AT NEBRASKA-OMAHA. BLAIS COACHED ROSEAU TO THE 1990 STATE HOCKEY CHAMPIONSHIP.
